How to Participate

To join CXM’s Merry Trades & Festive Wins, simply complete and submit the registration form on the official promotion page. Every lot you trade brings you closer to our exciting holiday prizes — the more you trade, the greater the rewards you can unwrap this festive season!

Deposit Qualification

• The total deposit amount will be calculated throughout the entire promotion period, starting from the 1st calendar day of the promotional month.
• Internal transfers will not be counted toward eligible deposits.
• Deposits must be made into the client’s MT4/MT5 trading account between November 15 and December 31, 2025 to qualify for this promotion.

Eligibility

• This promotion is open to all new and existing CXM clients, regardless of their account registration date.
• Eligible account types: Standard, CENT, and ECN/Zero.
• FIX API and PAMM accounts are not eligible for this promotion.
• Each registered client is entitled to one (1) prize only.
• Clients applying for multiple prizes without meeting the minimum trading requirement for the first prize will be disqualified.
• Only one (1) MT4/MT5 account per client may participate. Clients registering multiple accounts will be disqualified.
• Both minimum deposit and minimum trading volume requirements must be met within the promotion period to qualify for any prize.
• Participants must follow at least one (1) of CXM’s official social media accounts as part of the eligibility requirement:

  • Instagram
  • YouTube
  • LinkedIn

IBs/Partners Eligibility

All CXM partners are eligible to join, provided that they have a minimum of three (3) active clients during the promotion period.

Limitations

• Only one (1) account per client may participate at any time.
• PAMM/MAM sub-accounts are not allowed. Only the Master account’s trading volume and deposits will be counted toward eligibility.
• FIX API accounts are not permitted.
• To prevent account churning, only trades held for longer than three (3) minutes will be counted toward the total trading volume.
• This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions. Multiple registrations by the same client across different promotions will lead to disqualification.

Trading Lots Calculation

• Trading lots will be counted only from the official promotion start date — November 15, 2025.
• Any trading volume executed prior to this date will not be considered.
• Clients who meet the required lot thresholds during the promotion period will qualify to claim the corresponding prizes.

Prize Redemption

• To redeem a prize, participants must send an email to [email protected] within 14 days after the promotion period ends.
• The email must include the following details:
  Full Name, Country, Email, MT4/MT5 Account Number, Contact Number, Registration Date, and Selected Gift.
• Cash prizes will typically be processed by the 20th of the following month after the promotion period ends.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other items unless otherwise stated by CXM.
